How to organise an exam session at your school

You can hold an exam session at your school as long as you have a minimum of 10 candidates per level. If you do not have enough candidates they could still take the exam, please ask for further details.

Organising an exam in your school is easy if you follow this 4 step check list:

1. Choose your exam date
2. Contact us to confirm
3. Complete registration form
4. Receive confirmation and bill

1. Choose a date for your session. We can organise an exam session in your school on any day as Young Learner examinations are booked 'on-demand'. Remember that minimum candidate numbers apply for all exam sessions in schools.

Once you have chosen the date please contact us for confirmation and to find out the final entry date. (Please note that final entry dates are normally 5 - 7 weeks before the exam.
