You can hold an exam session at your school as long as you have a minimum of 10 candidates per level. If you do not have enough candidates they could still take the exam, please ask for further details.
Organising an exam in your school is easy if you follow this 4 step check list:

1. Choose a date for your session. We can organise an exam session in your school on any day as Young Learner examinations are booked 'on-demand'. Remember that minimum candidate numbers apply for all exam sessions in schools.
Once you have chosen the date please contact us for confirmation and to find out the final entry date. (Please note that final entry dates are normally 5 - 7 weeks before the exam.
2. Contact us with your proposed exam session date on tel.: send an email to info@englishexpressitaly.com
3. Once we have confirmed the date of your session you should complete the exam registration form, send it to us and make payment before the final entry date.
4. We will then send you confirmation and an invoice. You will receive all the exam documents, instructions and timetables in advance of your exam session.
The YLE tests are on-demand and you can choose the date. If you would like to organise a YLE session at your school please contact us with your preferred date. Once we have confirmed your session you should complete the registration form, send it to us at info@englishexpressitaly.com and make payment no less than 7 weeks prior to the exam date.
We will then send you confirmation and an invoice and you will receive all the exam documents, instructions and timetables in advance of your exam session.
If you would like your students to take Cambridge exams at their school it is essential that you comply with the following basic guidelines:
Individual tables/desks (big enough to hold two sheets of A4 paper side by side) which must face in the same direction.
Each candidate must be seated no less than 1.25m away from other candidates in all directions
A reliable, good quality sound system for the listening test.
A black/whiteboard.
A wall clock.
There should be no books, papers or materials under/in the tables/desks.
All posters/materials with English on them must be removed from the walls.
Your school must provide an assistant who should be available for the duration of the exam session.
Your staff must ensure that there is silence outside the exam room while the test is in progress.
We organize safe storage of all materials at our centre until the day of the examination.
Your computers can be laptops or desktops - please contact us for the technical specifications at info@englishexpressitaly.com, or tel. 080 5539963, or 340 3888532. f you would like to loan computers from us for the examination please request at the time of enrolment.
Good quality headphones. We can loan you these if required.
Cabled Internet (Cambridge exams can be administered on Wi-Fi but we prefer cable!).
Separator panels. We can loan you these if required.
If your computers are less than 1.25m apart you will need to place separators between them to prevent students from seeing other candidates' work.

A computer technician must be available for the duration of the exam session. If you do not have a trained IT member of staff available, please ask for our help.
Your school must provide an assistant who should be available for the duration of the exam session.
